Overview

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday), Hybrid working
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by managing inquiries and requests received via designated email inboxes.
  • Process sample and quote requests, collaborating closely with Account Managers.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new customers and manage the department's action tracker.
  • Assist with gathering materials for customer presentations and organising events/exhibitions.
  • Maintain an accurate directory of sales support materials and proofread documents as needed.
  • Arrange travel bookings and meals for the sales team, customers, and distributors.
