Make targeted B2B sales calls to industrial and engineering businesses (warm and cold).
Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their technical requirements and workforce needs.
Manage your sales pipeline using a modern CRM system, tracking activity and progress.
Deliver a consultative sales process - identifying challenges, presenting solutions, and influencing outcomes.
Visit clients on-site to deepen relationships and understand their operations first‑hand.
Work closely with colleagues to match top engineering, technical or industrial talent to your clients' requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets.
A graduate (any discipline considered) with experience in B2B telesales, outbound calling or a call‑centre environment.
Someone resilient, target‑driven and motivated by performance and progression.
A confident communicator who enjoys phone‑based engagement.
Naturally curious - someone who likes understanding how things work and asking the right questions.
A relationship‑builder who wants to move beyond transactional sales into something more strategic.
Organised, structured and comfortable working with CRM systems.
A team player with a professional approach and appetite to learn.
