The role offers part-time hours with compensation starting at £12.21 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and various employee benefits, including annual leave and a performance-related bonus. Recommendations are top notch. Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours which typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week generally between 9am and 8pm but will vary locally.

Working as a Retail Sales Colleague, no in-depth tech knowledge is required at entry; all new colleagues attend a two-to-three day induction (virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham) to gain skills to sell, serve and support customers. From supplier training and demos ahead of launches to testing the latest products, you'll gain the confidence you need to ensure your success.
