Seasonal Sales Consultant – Molton Brown

What you will do
  • Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers.
  • Use a personalized selling approach, seeing the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Provide sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
  • Assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What we are looking for
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Experience in retail is a plus, but we are open to all levels of experience.
  • Passion for luxury and passion for serving customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team and exhibit a flexible attitude to meeting business demands.
