SALES REPRESENTATIVE - STRATFORD & LIVERPOOL STREET

Their vision is to become the leading provider of smart, efficient and high-quality airport transfers, connecting passengers with all the main airports in Europe. For this reason, we are looking for a motivated team player who will contribute to making this vision come true.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our client's team, selling tickets for our bus service connecting London Airport and the city of London. The successful candidate will be based both at the airport and in the city and will work on a shift basis. This role offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ticket Sales: Actively engage with potential customers to sell bus tickets at both London Airport and city locations. Meet and exceed sales targets, with a portion of compensation tied to sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and offering information about schedules, routes, and pricing. Participate in promotional activities to increase ticket sales and maximize customer engagement.
  • Shift Work: Adapt to a rotational shift schedule to ensure coverage at both airport and city locations, including weekends and bank holidays.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
