We’re now hiring a Sales Administrator to join their close‑knit, fast‑moving team. This is an opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for service to step into a vital support role that sits at the heart of sales, operations, and customer success.

The Role

As Sales Administrator, you’ll support both internal teams and external customers by keeping processes smooth, orders accurate, and communications clear. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Processing and tracking incoming sales orders
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Preparing quotes, sales materials, and assisting the sales team with logistics
  • Keeping CRM and internal records updated and accurate
  • Liaising with the purchasing team to manage delivery schedules and stock queries
  • Providing after‑sales support (e.g. MSDS documentation, issue resolution)
  • Managing complaints and ensuring timely resolution with a customer‑first mindset
