Sales & Account Executive

£30,000 base salary plus commission, structured training programme, progression opportunities, private healthcare and company benefits. This role is based in Warrington. We are looking for sales experience from an engineering background who want to step into a sales career and maximise earnings through a generous commission structure.

About the role

This position is with a well-established leading provider of heavy plant machinery across the UK. Our client base is large and we value our staff. Due to further growth we are expanding our sales department. In this varied role, you will manage and develop key client accounts in addition to outbound calling and generating new business. This is a commission‑based role where you have the chance to increase your earnings.

Responsibilities
  • Account management and sales/business development
  • Commission based (first year OTE £36,000)
  • Ongoing training and progression opportunities
  • Outbound calling and new business generation
Qualifications
  • Sales / Customer Service experience
  • Good understanding of engineering or mechanical systems (Recycling, heavy plant, quarrying, machinery desirable)
  • Commutable to Warrington
  • Technical sales experience from engineering/mechanical background
