A UK healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Salaried GP to join their innovative team in Deal. The role includes providing comprehensive patient care, participating in team audits, and contributing to service delivery improvements. Ideal candidates will have full GMC Registration, a Certificate of Completion in General Practice, and a passion for long-term wellness initiatives. We are seeking a full time (6-8 sessions) Salaried GP role to join our current forward thinking team in our Practice in an idyllic beachfront setting.
Working with our existing dedicated team of 6 Partners, an Advanced Care Practitioner, an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (both can prescribe), nursing team, HCA's, PCN Home Visiting team, together with a forward thinking supportive back office team. The right candidate would be working alongside the partnership team covering all aspects of patient care for the 11,200 patients the practice cover. A proactive and holistic team focusing on prevention and long-term wellness. We pride our team in offering team-based care, with regular clinical based meetings to share findings, new ways of working, improved health outcomes reducing hospital admissions and ensuring at all times a better patient experience.
We are a purpose built building, working with Emis Web, Anima (Triage System) Docman, Iplato and Digital Dictation. Home visits covered by our dedicated PCN home visiting team.
Part of the Kent and Medway ICB, Deal and Sandwich PCN and members of Channel Health Alliance and Invicta companies all providing NHS Primary Care services in the area.
Patients can request to see the doctor of their choice, however the team do have personal lists.
We would welcome anyone interested in being as trainer. Kent & Medway Medical School is always keen to place students in this area for experience and learning.
Our last CQC inspection earlier this year was 'Good' in all areas.

This role will have 15 minute appointment slots for each session worked. Participate in practice audits as requested, action bloods, participate in local incentives to enhance service delivery and patient care. Providing primary medical care, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions and promoting preventative healthcare to the local community.
