Are you a skilled RTA Litigator looking to join a high-performing, supportive legal team? The Role: What You'll Be Doing

You'll handle a busy, litigated caseload of fast-track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, and play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of litigated RTA personal injury claims from instruction through to resolution
  • Conducting in-depth case reviews in complex or disputed matters, including liability challenges or rejected settlement proposals
  • Carrying out further investigations where necessary and advising clients accordingly
  • Delegating administrative tasks and coordinating support as required
