Overview

We're hiring a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Omni Facilities Management. Established in 1980, Omni Facilities Management is a leading provider of outsourced services to hotels across the UK, Netherlands and South Africa, employing over 4,000 people. We provide Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property and Software Services to major hotel groups including IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Redefine BDL Hotels, Raffles, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton and Resorts World.

Immediate start following a successful interview.

Responsibilities
  • Room Attendant: Clean hotel rooms to required standards and deadlines; complete regular cleaning routines; change bed linen and towels; dust and polish; clean bathrooms; vacuum and mop floors; restock guest supplies and minibar; clean and stock equipment as required.
  • Linen Porter: Ensure delivery of clean linen to designated areas by deadlines; collect soiled linen; maintain linen cupboards; keep service areas clean and tidy; manage linen deliveries and returns; push/pull linen trolleys as needed.
  • Public Area Cleaner: Clean designated public areas to required standards and deadlines; vacuum, mop floors, clean windows; dust and polish furniture; restock and clean equipment; participate in housekeeping meetings and follow instructions; be responsible for keys and report Health & Safety hazards; perform related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Shift Pattern

Up to 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation).
