Overview

Roadside Mechanic - Northampton. RAC offers a competitive base salary of £35,000 with an average OTE of £43,000 to £53,000. In addition, a wide range of benefits is provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues as part of our Roadside Patrol team.
• Deliver face-to-face customer service while working out in the field.
• Utilise the latest vehicle technology with support from the technical team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional service to RAC members.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
