A leading financial services company in Eastleigh is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee compliance monitoring and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a deep understanding of insurance regulations, and a commitment to fostering a culture of ethical practice. This role offers a competitive salary and an array of benefits including 28 days annual leave and a bonus scheme.
Salary: Starting from £35,000.00 (depending on experience)

As Risk & Compliance Manager, you will deliver the Annual Compliance Monitoring Programme and provide on-going compliance awareness to our people in support of the business strategy through effective management and leadership of the team.
