Location: West Midlands (with travel as required)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: Competitive (with structured career)

The Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Retrofit Assessors who want to build a long-term career within the retrofit industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation at an exciting stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Completing Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS2035 requirements.
• Carrying out detailed property surveys using the latest digital tools (including Matterport 3D capture).Gathering accurate data to support Retrofit Coordinators and Designers in delivering effective energy efficiency strategies.
• Engaging with residents to ensure a smooth assessment experience and providing professional advice where appropriate.
• Working collaboratively with our wider team to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of Level 3 Domestic Retrofit Assessor qualification (essential).
• A passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and the retrofit sector.
• A professional, detail-focused approach to surveys and reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and clients.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
