Retail Supervisor - Part Time, 16 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Annan, Dumfries and Galloway. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours work each week, generally including some weekend work.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.11 with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, earning at least £209 weekly. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer care, quick deliveries, and routine completion for safety and cleanliness
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll
