Overview

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for Restaurant Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person and enjoy being on the front line in a busy role, this may be just the job for you.

The Boathouse boasts a unique location on the River Medway, just a few minutes from the quaint village of Yalding near Maidstone. Its rural contemporary waterside restaurant and al fresco dining area offer the perfect destination for everything from a quick bite to eat to family dining, working lunches and private parties.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that you acknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers and deliver high-quality service on the front line in a busy environment.
  • Assist in delivering a positive guest experience across the restaurant and al fresco areas.
  • Be proactive in learning roles and, if you have no hospitality experience, engage with training to acquire required skills.
