Overview

A prestigious asset management firm is looking to hire a responsible investment analyst.

The successful candidate will join a small dedicated sustainable research team that works directly alongside the Portfolio Managers. The role will provide sustainable research across equities and fixed income fund range.

Responsibilities

1. Working alongside Portfolio Managers to identify ESG, adaptability and innovation capacity as well as industry trends to support the investment decision process to deliver sustainable returns.
2. Provide stock specific research to support the integration of ESG across equity and fixed income portfolios.
3. Thematic research and thought leadership research on sustainable investment issues with a focus on climate change matters.
4. Contribute to firm-wide investment debate in specific reference to sustainable investing.
5. Engage with companies on ESG issues across regions.

Candidate Background

1. 3-6 years\' experience in a similar position or buy-side/sell-side research, with a keen interest in sustainable investing.
2. Working towards CFA qualification.
3. Strong presentation and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate at Board Level.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess the materiality of ESG factors for investment performance.
