A leading company in residential surveying is seeking RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors to support increased Mortgage Valuation work. This role offers a market-leading salary, generous incentives, and flexible working options. Candidates should have at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying.

We complete over one property inspection every 12 seconds, employing more than 600 surveyors across the UK, from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland. This allows us to offer nationwide coverage with valuable local knowledge.
We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes well-known brands such as Your Move and Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. Our clients include lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.
We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the increasing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for the UK’s leading lenders. Due to our size and extensive network, we offer the most comprehensive postcode coverage among corporate brands, resulting in less travel time and more time for surveys.
About you:
You should be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
