Residential Property Paralegal | Fully Remote (UK-based) | Full Time, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm with flexibility) | £25,000 - £30,000+ DOE per annum

What will your role look like?

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will support a senior solicitor and play a key role in progressing matters from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing 1-to-1 support for one of the fee earners
• Preparing and reviewing draft contracts, searches, reports, and completion statements
• Managing day-to-day client communications and progressing matters efficiently
• Handling file opening procedures, AML checks, and compliance in line with firm policies
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Maintaining accurate records and managing deadlines effectively in a remote working environment

You will be an experienced and organised Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Assistant who enjoys managing conveyancing matters and working closely with solicitors in a collaborative, remote environment. You will be confident handling multiple files, communicating with clients, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

About you:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing within a law firm or legal practice (ideally 2+ years)
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities calmly and professionally
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a client‑focused approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and digital case management systems
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fully remote yet highly collaborative team
• Ability to undertake a full DBS check
