We are currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join our busy Residential Property team. We are a large and expanding team of skilled and respected property lawyers who pride themselves on providing a client centric approach. You'll report directly to the Head of Department and be responsible for providing first class legal services and assistance to a range of clients. This role is office based in our Newport, Isle of Wight office.
Role Responsibilities
As a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing your own diverse caseload. You will provide sound, professional advice to clients (as buyer, seller, lender or any other interested party).

They will have sound knowledge and expertise in the field, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional and confidential manner. The role will suit those with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to remain calm under pressure in order to project the image and ethos of the firm at all times.
