Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in social housing/residential properties.
• Fix leaks, replace taps, showers, and waste pipes.
• Install and repair doors, skirting boards, and kitchen units.
• Lay tiles, repair floor finishes, and install new flooring.
• Carry out internal and external painting and wallpapering.
