Overview

This highly regarded, thriving, multi-office firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to work from their office in Ashford, Middlesex and also be work from home for 1 day per week.

You will to be able to handle all types of residential property matters, including:

• Transfer of equity
• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
• Auction sale and purchase
• Remortgage
• Help to Buy
• Shared Ownership

Responsibilities

Handle a full range of residential property matters with minimal supervision, run matters from instruction through to completion, and provide timely and accurate advice to clients. You will need to hit the ground running and manage caseload efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally more. Qualified Solicitor, FILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
