Role

This firm is searching for their next 2+PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. You will be tasked with helping individuals conclude missives and regularly liaise with other solicitors and banks to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible, all while providing a professional service.

You must have a proactive approach on advising clients on offers, guiding them through purchase and sale processes, title examinations and drafting legal documentation. Even though you will be part of a supportive team, this individual must be comfortable working as part of a team and alone.
