Overview

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, TYNE & WEAR, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £35-£50 PER HOUR. A skilled conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal department, with an immediate start and cover required through to the end of December. JOB REF: 1022

Responsibilities

• This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily focusing on managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.
• You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.
• Manage a full caseload independently; experience in handling freehold and leasehold transactions is required.
• Be organised, proactive, and able to work independently, confidently managing all correspondence and documentation with minimal administrative support.
