Willowtree provides support to young people with disabilities aged 8-18 and their families. We are looking for a Residential Child Care Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people.
You will be required to assist colleagues to provide effective support to young people using the service, providing high quality of care in which the emotional, physical, social development and behavioural needs of young people are met. You will also be expected to be a keyworker and attend meetings. You will be required to support the young people to develop effective routines and with all aspects of personal care.
This post attracts enhanced payments after 8pm and weekends. The salary advertised is for full time (36 hours per week) so salary would be pro‑rated down for 28 hours. This post attracts enhanced payments.
