A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support residents during a long-term social housing refurbishment project. This role involves communication with residents, complaint resolution, and feedback collection to ensure satisfaction. The position is temporary with potential for permanence in North Bersted, England.
Future Build Recruitment is currently searching for a Resident Liaison Officer to work for an established contractor on a long term framework in the Bognor and surrounding area. Our client is delivering social housing refurbs across 69 properties.
Act as the main point of contact for residents, answering questions and resolving issues by liaising with other project staff, contractors, and consultants as needed.
Address and resolve complaints, disputes, and concerns from residents, and maintain records of all complaints and their resolution.
Collect, record, and analyse resident feedback through surveys or direct interaction to ensure satisfaction and to identify areas for service improvement.
Assist residents with needs and queries, facilitate appointments for further work, and ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.
Create and maintain accurate records of resident interactions and prepare reports for management, including attending project meetings.
Help coordinate access arrangements for properties and support social value initiatives related to the project.
Inform residents about project timelines, scope, and potential disruptions through newsletters, meetings, and direct communication.
This is a temporary position working through Future Build Recruitment, with the potential of going permanent.
