Overview

Higher Group are partnering with a Forbes & Hunt Scanlon top 20 Executive Search & management Consulting firm, as they search for a Lead Researcher to pair with their Top Biller.

Currently, said top biller is originating between £2,700,000-£3,100,000 using a broader Central Delivery Function. But as they continue to improve, the need for a Specific Research Partner is growing.

Role and Responsibilities

You will join the Partner on meetings/briefings/lunches with Large Cap & Mega Cap Private Equity, discussing the most crucial hires in $200bn AUM+ firms. This will give you exposure to key decision makers possible.

You'll help in shortlisting, briefing, advising & managing the candidates journey, providing invaluable insight & opinions as the Searches progress. This is a true Partnership between yourself and the Originator.

Rewards and Environment

You'll be bonused on a Commission structure, earning 35-60% of every search ( £30k-£60k) on a structure going up to 50% OTE.

WFH- 2 Days/Week

Candidate profile

• Currently working in ( or have completed Searches within) Private Equity Fund or Portfolio
• Have Experience of Retained or contained work
• Strong commercial Acumen and EQ
