Qualifications

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification considered.
• Ability to manage valuation flow and panel input.
• Experience with investment-based reporting methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage region including valuation flow and panel input.
• Provide high quality professional advice.
• Comply with RICS regulations.
• Keep up to date with local markets.
• Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports.
• Help manage Receiver of Rent and Repossession cases.
• Provide Market Reports.
• Undertake tasks that support other Group business lines.
• Attend Head Office as required.
