About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and resilient Lead Generators to join our growing remote team. This role is all about high-volume outbound calling — using a cloud-based autodialler to contact prospects, qualify interest, and generate leads for our insurance sales team.
Important Payment Structure:
First 2 weeks: commission-only
After 2 weeks: minimum wage retainer + uncapped commission

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using a cloud-based autodialler
Engage potential customers in conversations about life insurance & financial protection
Qualify interest and generate leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Consistently achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets

Requirements
Cold calling experience (UK only) – essential
Insurance background preferred, but other cold calling industries considered
Previous remote sales/lead generation experience in the UK
Self-employed status (responsible for your own tax & NI)
Computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
Strong communication, resilience, and persuasion skills
