A leading transportation solutions company is seeking a Reliability and Calibrations Engineer to improve plant reliability and compliance. This remote position covers multiple Asphalt Plants in the UK. Candidates must have experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, a Level 3 engineering qualification, and a full UK driver’s license. FM Conway is currently looking to recruit a Reliability and Calibrations Engineer to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division. You will play a key role in improving plant reliability, uptime and compliance. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be required to work remotely covering our Asphalt Plants in Erith, Heathrow, Reading, Theale, Aldershot, Croydon and Newhaven.

Our Aggregates and Asphalt division manufactures a range of high-quality products that can be adapted to suit the specific needs of our customers. We recycle highways arisings at our unique static crushing, washing and grading plants. The Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP) is used in our local asphalt plants to supply construction sites across London and Southern England.
