Hours: Full time hours (37.5 per week)

Essential Requirements
  • Experience in a commercially focused customer/client relationship or management role.

  • Analytical skills with experience reviewing data sets and making informed decisions from them.
  • Highly skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
  • Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
  • Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
