Assisting the registered therapists in the delivery of high quality rehabilitation care and to support discharges from hospital. Working directly with patients to carry out treatment programs as directed by the therapists and reporting back. Assisting the therapists in delivering interventions with patients. Working with the wider multidisciplinary team, attending handovers and feeding information into and back from the therapy team.
