Overview

Infermiera Group is working in collaboration with NHS Wales to supply experienced and reliable Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for immediate locum opportunities across hospitals and community settings. We are looking for compassionate professionals with the clinical expertise to deliver high standards of patient care in a fast-paced NHS environment. Shifts are available immediately and offer full flexibility to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards and NHS guidelines
  • Carry out assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes
  • Administer medications and monitor patients' responses
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider care team
  • Adapt quickly to new environments across different wards or departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration (Adult Nursing - Band 5)
  • Minimum six months\' recent experience in a relevant UK nursing role
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • In-date training certificates: Mandatory Training
  • Two clinical references from the last 12 months
