Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop an established and growing domiciliary care service based in Sutton.

The service currently delivers approximately 1,400 care hours per week, supporting children and adults, including those with learning disabilities (LD), within their own homes and the community. We are proud of our reputation for high-quality, person-centred support and are looking for a Registered Manager who can uphold these standards while driving the next phase of our growth.

Ideal Candidate
  • A Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) or health professional background is highly desirable, with experience managing or delivering clinical or complex care.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary or community care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, and best practice in person-centred care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A forward-thinking approach with a passion for developing services that enhance independence, health, and wellbeing.

  • Manage and support staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Work with directors to develop and implement strategies for service growth, including expanding specialist and complex care provision.
  • Foster positive relationships with local authorities, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and families.
  • Ensure effective governance, safeguarding, and audit systems are in place and maintained.
