Could you be the care assistant in Croydon & Sutton we’re looking for?

Our amazing Care Managers are the kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.

You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality.

In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.

You love the challenge of a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of Leading, managing and developing teams within a Home Care service.

Recruitment experience, strong compliance and auditing skills, Care planning and assessments along with good communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is required as local travel will be involved.
