Salary: £100,000 - £120,000


We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our luxury care facility in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires a strong leader with a passion for providing exceptional care in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the care home, ensuring a high standard of care and service.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care staff, promoting a positive and professional culture.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Promote the care home within the local community to attract potential residents.

Qualifications and Skills:

Registered Manager's Award/NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Achieved CQC Inspection ratings of Good and above in all areas
Possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5
Proven experience in managing a care home, preferably in a large setting.
Driving license and own vehicle are required
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
A compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
