Overview

Regional Sales Manager - Plumbing & Heating / Radiators. Area to be covered: North (ideally based North West, would consider candidates based in Yorkshire). Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + 2% commission based on turnover. Benefits: Tesla company car and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Sales Manager position promoting a range of radiators and accessories.
  • All of your time will be spent selling to independent merchants, showrooms and retailers.
  • Examples of customers: UK Plumbing supplies, Huws Gray and Plumbase.
  • Deal with an area turnover of £200k-£300k, with significant potential for growth.
  • Will be given two major accounts to manage; however, will involve significant business development.
Ideal applicant
  • Must have field sales experience within the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Must have had prior experience selling to merchants, retailers or showrooms.
  • No job hoppers.
  • Capable of generating new business relationships pro-actively.
  • Experience of building and managing long lasting relationships.
  • Genuine desire, hunger and enthusiasm to be successful.
