An educational organization in the UK seeks a proactive HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to schools across the East region. Candidates should have HR advisory experience, preferably in the education sector, and a CIPD qualification. The role offers a hybrid working model, comprehensive training, and a salary range of £37,938-£40,476, dependent on experience.
Location: Hybrid, remote and office-based (three days per week or equivalent for part time). Base at either South Eastern Regional Office at Lift Greensward (Hockley) or North Eastern Regional Office at Lift New Rickstones (Witham), with travel to schools as needed.
We're looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our East regional team. You'll play a key role in supporting our schools by offering clear, expert guidance and building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues.
