• Detailed M&E technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes.
• Experience managing a team and training junior staff.
• Contractually aware and knowledgeable (in JCT & NEC).
• Experience in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 10 commercial members across various projects.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial activities alongside the Regional Commercial Director.
• Manage subcontractor payments and financial checks.
• Prepare and review cash flows and monthly cost reports.
• Monitor costs across the division.
