Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: Weekly pay (via agency)

We're looking for dependable and hardworking Refuse Site Operatives / Waste Operatives to work at a busy recycling and waste site in Hayes. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor, active work and want to be part of a friendly and supportive team helping the public recycle safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Duties: Keep the site clean, safe, and tidy throughout the day
• On-Site Duties: Perform basic maintenance and support the overall upkeep of the facility
• On-Site Duties: Manage incoming waste and recyclables correctly
• On-Site Duties: Support safe and efficient unloading of waste materials
• Waste Handling: Sort recyclable materials from general waste
• Waste Handling: Operate balers and other machinery (full training provided)

• Health & Safety: Follow all site safety rules and procedures
• Health & Safety: Stay alert to risks to ensure a safe environment for staff and public
