Helping you thrive and be your best with Inspire Neurocare! We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised Referrals & Assessment Coordinator to join our experienced and dedicated teams at Inspire Neurocare.

This role will be primarily home-based but with regular visits to each four of the services and the Support Office in Luton. We welcome applications from candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distances to any of our four homes.

The Referrals & Assessment Coordinator will ensure that every prospective resident, family member and all external stakeholders experience a smooth, positive and professional journey with us from first enquiry through to admission.

You will play a vital part in supporting the referrals process, managing complex administration tasks and working closely with external providers and stakeholders. You will help streamline the customer journey, ensuring that all enquiries are managed with efficiency, care and attention to detail.

Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, this is a great opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class homes within the inspire Neurocare group. You will provide valuable administrative support helping and supporting them to maximise sales and increase occupancy of the homes.

Your role in action:

  • Manage and maintain the customer and referral database to ensure all opportunities are accurately recorded, tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Produce regular reports to provide insights on referral trends, potential admissions and business development opportunities.
  • Support the referrals process by managing incoming enquiries, coordinating assessments and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Support with networking within the local community to raise the profile of the Inspire Neurocare services and generate enquiries
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure a coordinated approach to customer service, referrals, and admissions, acting as a reliable and organised point of contact.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline the referral process, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall customer experience

  • Your skills and strengths:
  • Must possess demonstrable experience working in a similar role, within healthcare specifically.
  • Proven experience managing complex administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Must be comfortable handling enquiries from multiple sources including external providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a professional manner
  • Sales and Customer service experience is essential in a face to face or business to customer capacity.
  • Engaging stakeholder relationship skills
  • Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
