As we expand our specialist services across the East of England, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Operations Manager to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the delivery of our recruitment model across multiple client accounts.
  • Drive performance, cost-efficiency, and innovation in sourcing strategies.
  • Be the contract lead for key clients in Suffolk and Essex.
  • Manage and develop a team of consultants, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Travel between client sites as needed (a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential).

With the flexibility to work from home, the successful candidate will be required to visit client sites and our head office regularly, building site presence within Suffolk & Essex.

What We're Looking For
