Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for fee earners, business services, and graduate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
  • Oversee agency relationships and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity targets, and legal standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with the existing team and stakeholders.
About You / Qualifications
  • Proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused with a deep understanding of legal recruitment.
  • Proven experience in legal or professional services recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders and partners.
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems, tools, and best practices.
  • A passion for DEI and an understanding of how to embed inclusive hiring practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
