Overview

Pertemps Managed Solutions are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Recruitment Team.

Based at our office located on the Basingstoke Road in Reading, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administration and coordinating of our high-volume recruitment campaigns.

This will include assisting candidates through the application process, coordinating assessments and other administration tasks.

This will be a varied role and requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will be assisting candidates who contact us via email and through our recruitment hot line. This is a role where you need to have strong customer service skills and a passion to help individuals on their next step into their career.

No prior experience in recruitment is required as full training will be provided.

We are looking for candidates with previous customer service or administration experience who are super organised and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting candidates through the application and online test process
  • Coordinating assessments and providing the business with updates on the candidate pipeline.
  • Booking candidates into assessments
  • Processing results and job offers
  • Attending weekly calls with the recruitment team
  • Helping support the recruitment hot line and mailbox handling candidate enquiries
  • Candidates should have good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office packages
  • Strong communicator and customer service
Employment details

This will be a temporary position for 6 months with a possibility of extension.

Paying £12.21 per hour, full-time (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30) on site.
