Recruitment Agency Manager - Aviation Sector

Up to £48,000 basic + £25,000 OTE | East Midlands Airport (DE74 2SA)

The UK commercial aviation industry is thriving, with passenger and cargo demand at record highs. Yet few agencies truly specialise in providing temporary, permanent, and RPO recruitment solutions to this fast-paced sector.

We\'re now looking for an ambitious, sales-driven Recruitment Agency Manager to lead our East Midlands Airport branch. This is an exciting opportunity to expand the team, drive business growth, and play a hands-on role in billing success, all while representing one of the strongest brands in aviation recruitment.

Travel will occasionally be required to Luton, Birmingham, and northern airports within your territory.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 180° & 360° consultants
  • Drive new business and maximise opportunities with existing aviation and non-aviation clients
  • Deliver high-volume recruitment solutions (temporary, contract & permanent)
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the branch
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships nationwide
What we\'re looking for
  • 5+ years\' experience as a Recruitment Branch/Agency Manager with a proven track record of building and leading sales teams
  • Direct sales experience in a recruitment agency environment (commercial, industrial, or specialist markets) with full client portfolio management
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to identify and secure new opportunities
  • Solid knowledge of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
  • A full UK driving licence
