Build and sustain trusting relationships with young people to support their recovery and personal development.
Design and implement individual recovery plans in partnership with internal and external agencies.
Facilitate 1:1 and group sessions focusing on life skills, mental wellbeing, and resilience-building.
Work closely with families and multi-agency stakeholders to ensure a holistic support network.
Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to professional reports and evaluations.
Previous experience working in a young people’s recovery or support setting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
