A regional health board in Wales is seeking a Band 2 Receptionist/Clerical Officer to join their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team in Carmarthen. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong IT background. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of £24,833 per year. Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable but not mandatory.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 2 Receptionist/Clerical Officer to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team in Carmarthen.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisation abilities and a desire to support our team and our leaders in everything we do.
An understanding of confidentiality is essential and an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn is also very important.
The successful individual will need to be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills. Previous office administration experience is desirable and a good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office packages and databases etc) is essential.
The applicants will be required to have a flexible approach towards the needs of the service and be able to travel between sites in a timely manner in line with the Transformation of Mental Health 7 day working.
