Overview

A family office in the heart of Mayfair is seeking a polished and personable Front of House / Hospitality Assistant to join their close-knit team.

The office manages the family’s diverse investments – including two hotels, several restaurants, and the development of a private members’ club in Mayfair.

You will join a small, professional team of five in London (with a wider team of 30 based in Dubai) and work closely alongside a recently appointed PA. This is a newly created role with plenty of scope to make your mark.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greeting a high volume of guests and guiding them to meeting rooms
  • Preparing and setting up meeting spaces
  • Organising refreshments and overseeing food and beverage service for clients and visitors
  • Managing food deliveries and serving as needed
  • Occasionally booking taxis and running errands to support the team
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience in high-end hospitality (e.g. restaurant, hotel, or private members’ club)
  • Immaculate presentation and professional demeanour
  • Exceptional people skills with a naturally charming and welcoming manner
  • A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to “muck in”
