Team Intro

The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, property management, procurement, IT, and admin teams to resolve data discrepancies, verify invoices, and improve processes.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payments for office leases and operational expenses across EMEA, aligned with financial and tax requirements.
  • Invoice Management: Monitor supplier invoices, allocate costs among departments, and handle non-standard charges by clarifying responsibilities and ensuring compliance.
  • Arrears Resolution: Address and verify historical arrears, confirm validity of supplier claims, allocate responsibility internally, and resolve payments while proposing process improvements.
  • Lease Project Support: Manage end-to-end real estate leasing processes, including budget applications, contract approvals, broker fees, parking leases, and insurance arrangements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven track of corporate real estate management, corporate and commercial transaction experience.
  • Skilled in negotiating multi-million dollar, complex real estate agreements across EMEA.
  • Strong skill set in negotiations, financial modelling, budgeting and management.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, build robust stakeholder relationships and manage differing viewpoints and priorities.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global organisation.
  • Experienced in overseeing tenant improvement projects and familiarity with construction practices.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse and remote teams across geographies.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed organisation within a flat structure.
