Overview

Real Estate Associate - Telecoms Sector - Bristol - 2+ years PQE

Location: Bristol Office (Hybrid Working Available)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000

The Role

You'll be aligned to the firm's specialist Cornerstone team, supporting telecoms-related real estate work while also contributing to broader commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing reports on title
  • Drafting leases, licences, surrenders, deeds of variation, and other property documentation
  • Supervising and mentoring paralegals
  • Negotiating and completing transactional documentation
  • Participating in multi-skilled site visit projects (MSVs)
  • Attending internal and external progress meetings
  • Contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 2+ years PQE in commercial real estate
  • Experience across a broad range of property matters, ideally including telecoms or infrastructure
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and well-structured team
  • Confidence managing multiple matters and supporting junior colleagues
  • A client-focused attitude and interest in business development
Working Arrangements

This is a Bristol-based role with hybrid working options. Occasional travel to Reading, London, or client offices may be required.
