Responsibilities
  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals (including sale and leaseback deals)
  • Landlord and tenant work - acting for both sides
  • Development site purchases, agreements, and disposals
  • Reviewing titles, drafting reports, and negotiating heads of terms
  • Supporting clients across retail, development, and investment sectors
  • Working closely with other teams on wider property-related matters
Qualifications
  • UK-qualified solicitor, ideally with 2-4 years\' PQE in commercial real estate
  • Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and transactional property work
  • Confident managing files independently and supporting junior team members
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
